Plym Gin was distilled and distributed by STOCK S.p.A Trieste under licence from Coates & Co in the 1950's and early 60's for distrabution in Italy and Germany

IN THE PINK WITH PLYMOUTH GIN
N.B. Pratique is the license given to a ship to enter port on assurance from the captain to convince the authorities that he/she is free from contagious disease

This Dish is part of a 27 dish set issued by Coates Plymouth Gin in the early 1960's.

New Miniature Bottle From Plymouth Gin

Plymouth Gin have now released Plymouth Sloe Gin miniature bottle. This was the last bottle required to compleate their current range in the new shape miniature bottle. To coinside with the release of this bottle, a gift set containing all three Minitures, Plymouth Gin, Plymouth Gin Navy Strength and Plymouth Sloe Gin, has also been released.

Fantastic Prices for Signal Plates on Ebay

In recent weeks there has been an explosion in the prices paid on Ebay for the Coates Plymouth Gin International Code of Signals Dishes. It would seem that two collectors have decided that they will pay whatever it takes to win these items and in a few cases the winning bid has been in excess of £40 (aprox $80).

We have checked around with both collectors and the trade and there seems to be a consensus that this is in excess of double their actual worth.

We admit these are highly collectable items in both types but this surly cannot continue.
